Speaking and entertaining since age eighteen, Lisa Broesch-Weeks’ twenty-five years “in the trenches” took her from Fortune 500 corporate executive to entrepreneur.
Lisa is a speaker, author, coach, and consultant who works with individuals and organizations to show them how to stop working so hard for everyone else––while helping them become more productive, energized, and satisfied with their personal and professional lives.
Lisa founded InBliss Coaching & Consulting in 2006, after working as director of entertainment strategic planning, communications, and creative development for the Anheuser-Busch Entertainment Corporation. The experience and insight she gained from working as an executive in such a large organization, with a broad span of oversight, helped Lisa to see the overwhelming need for self-care and personal development that so many busy, over-achieving people tend to sacrifice in the name of success!
As a speaker and consultant, Lisa has spoken across the nation to thousands of men and women, within a vast array of industries, to help them learn the keys to creating the conditions to improve the leadership, employee, and customer experience.
In her coaching work for personal and professional development, she helps individuals create a more energized, harmonious, and creative life that contains more joy, meaning, and engagement.
In addition to her work with individuals and organizations, Lisa is a seasoned media spokesperson and has appeared on numerous tv and radio programs. She regularly conducts Bliss Retreats, workshops, facilitation, training and holds multiple certifications in personal and group coaching and a certification in applied positive psychology (the scientific study of happiness) from the Flourishing Center.
