Bob is a best-selling author, public speaker and leading authority on how the world’s best companies use workplace culture to achieve their market-leading business results.

During a fifteen-year senior-leadership career with the Great Place to Work Institute, Bob enjoyed privileged access to many of the world’s leading companies in over 50 countries around the globe, including for example, Google, Dell, Hilton, Cisco, Diageo, EY and hundreds of others. Through this work, he developed a unique understanding of how managers in these organisation act as the bridge which builds on the vision and ambitions of their senior leaders to achieve their outstanding business results.

Using the Trust Rules as a starting point, Bob delivers customised presentations for business leaders and their teams across the globe on how to inspire and empower managers to shape the workplace culture for competitive advantage. This year alone, he has made presentations to business leaders in China, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Australia, US, the UK, and Ireland.

Bob, who holds an MBA from University College Dublin Smurfit Business School, lives in Dublin with his family. Trust Rules is his first book.
