Non-Fiction work:
Too often these days, many of us see things happening in our country that have far reaching negative implications for our future. As a nation we have continued to grow into an overly 'politically correct' identity. We are moving to a one person profile and what I like to call 'groupthink'. This removes the individual spirit that our country was founded on. We may not all agree with one another's views but we MUST protect the right for the individual to have and speak them. As Abraham Lincoln stated "you cannot please all of the people, all of the time". Thus it is better to be true to ourselves and what we believe, without the fear of being singled out and castigated for not falling in line with 'groupthink'.
Fiction work:
Life is for living, imagining and dreaming, and stories give us room to escape and to realize that anything is possible.
