Kathryn Bywaters

Kathryn Bywaters spent her adolescence in St. Petersburg, Russia, and in the South of France. Bywaters worked hard to pursue her dreams. She started with a GED and worked her way through the academic system until she finally received her PhD in environmental science from the University of Nevada, Reno. She now works as a SETI research scientist at NASA’s Ames Research Center.
