Christopher D. Waters

Chris Waters is a Leadership Coach, Author, and Speaker. He was introduced to leadership during his time serving as an officer in the United States Marines. Having served five years and two tours in Iraq, he learned that leadership in the Marine Corps is not a punchline, it's a way of life, and it's critical to survival in a war-zone. Today, after twelve years of consulting for clients in government, energy industries, corporate, and IT, he still lives by the leadership traits and principles the Marines ingrained in him seventeen years ago at officer's candidate school, and incorporates them into his coaching methods, thus building a "Leadership Culture" in the process.
