I’ve always enjoyed explaining concepts with pictures. My college notebooks were filled with sketches and doodles to help me remember the subject matter. When approaching a project, I attempt to create illustrations that are interesting, pleasing and sometimes funny, all in the pursuit of providing clarity to the reader. For me, a successful illustration is one that supports the text and makes the material easier to understand.
