George Baloglou

George Baloglou obtained a diploma in Mathematics from Aristotle University in 1979 and a Ph.D. in Topology from Wesleyan University in 1986. He taught Mathematics at SUNY Oswego from 1988 to 2008. His mathematical interests include Inequalities and Symmetry. Beyond Mathematics, he is the coauthor of "An Entertaining Tale of Quadrupeds" (Columbia University Press, 2003). Following his 2008 retirement he lives in Thessaloniki, Greece, continuing to pursue mathematical and philological interests. - Contact: gbaloglou[at]gmail.com
