Kelli McNeil is a Los Angeles based writer and author. She’s a graduate of the University of Southern California. Sleepy Toes was named one of "15 Best Picture Books for Kindergarten" in 2017 by We Are Teachers, alongside classics such as Where the Wild Things Are and the Very Hungry Caterpillar.
