Luca DellAnna

Luca has been supporting senior leaders on risk-, operations-, and people- management as an independent expert for over 12 years.

For some clients, he acts as an on-demand advisor to provide expertise on the topics of his competence. For others, he conducts short workshops to efficiently increase the managerial capabilities of their leaders. Sometimes, he also conducts short on-the-field consulting engagements and benchmark audits.

In addition to his advisory activity, Luca is an external lecturer at an Italian university and frequently speaks at conferences and internal company events. Luca is also the author of eleven books and an independent economics, behavioral sciences, and public health researcher, and has presented at large conferences and won international research grants.
