I served in the Army as an enlisted Military Policeman ( not like others who actually admit to being officers and in Intelligence ) and learned the gross inadequacies of the defense of our nation. After I returned to being a civilian I went into retail management, mostly to support an ex-wife, and learned how to live on very little money. At the end of that I was living off-grid on junk land for even less than that. I know about frugal living and frugal prepping and these lessons are what I write about.
