Charity Allen

Charity is a creative leader focused on innovation in education. She has years of experience as a passionate educator and professional development designer and facilitator. Her areas of focus are Project-Based Learning, Deeper Learning, gamification, and educational transformation.

She graduated from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington with a Bachelor's degree in French and a second Bachelor's of Education degree in Secondary Education with an emphasis on inquiry-based learning. Her Master's degree from Colorado State University focuses on organizational development and change. She also studied abroad in francophone Belgium for one year. Prior to beginning her career in education, Charity served honorably in the United States Army as an Arabic linguist.
