The martial art book was something he had actually been working on since he was a late teenager. When he was younger, he loved martial arts and wanted to compile some of what he learned into a book, even though he doesn't practice as much anymore, it was still a goal he wanted to achieve. He has also written dozens of articles for an online newspaper called Catholic Stand. If you are interested you can read them here.
