An Adult Learning Strategies consultant from a career centered in curriculum development, teaching, and policing using skills and talents for social change through training and education. My educational portfolio includes a doctorate degree in Adult Education Leadership from Walden University, a masters and baccalaureate degree from Temple University, several instructor certifications.
My career path became policing. Through the police profession, I identified, used and honed leadership and teaching skills. I grew in leadership responsibilities, achieving promotion through the ranks to Lieutenant. Uniformed and civilian experiences include serving on hiring and promotion panels, critical incident review panels, advisory councils, monitoring/oversight of settlement agreements involving police academy operations.
In 2014 I founded and became Executive Director of EbevyYG Learning Solutions LLC, a black-female owned company specializing in curriculum development focused on policing, diversity, impartial policing, and communication skills.
