Susannah Parker Sinard is originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan. A graduate of the University of Michigan, she holds a B.A. in English as well as a master's and a doctorate in the health care field. Growing up in the 1960s, space and space travel have fascinated her all her life, from the earliest launches of the Gemini missions to the Utopian future envisioned in Gene Roddenberry's Star Trek. Her debut novel, Stargate SG-1: Hall of the Two Truths was based on the hit TV show Stargate SG-1. The mother of two, she currently resides in the state of Ohio with her husband and a beagle named Lily.
