Sara Hansen

Sara Hansen is a writer and designer of courses and training documentation in Cambridge, UK. She has a keen interest in researching personal development, effects of stress on personal and professional life, and helping others create a healthy work-life balance. She is fascinated by neuroscience and how our brains affect our learning as well as choices we make in life.

For more than half a decade now, she has been suffering with chronic pain, which has greatly affected her work as well as her home life. As her lifestyle deteriorated, her pain brought in stress, anxiety and depression but Sara did not give up hope and instead continued her search for better living with or without pain, with the help of education, neuroscience, meditation and exercise.
