Neil Perkin

Neil Perkin is a writer, keynote speaker, and the founder of Only Dead Fish, a consultancy focused on AI strategy, transformation and leadership. He helps organisations apply AI strategically, build adaptive capability, and navigate the kind of change that requires more than just new tools.

Neil is the author of three books through Kogan Page: Building The Agile Business, Agile Transformation (now in its second edition), and Agile Marketing. Together they provide a practical blueprint for leaders looking to build more responsive, agile organisations. All three are best-sellers in the field of business transformation.

He designs and delivers AI strategy programmes, workshops, and keynotes for a broad range of organisations including Google, AstraZeneca, Lloyds Banking Group, Diageo, BBC, the NHS, Imperial College London, and leading agencies including TBWA and McCann. He also designs and delivers AI programmes for the IPA (Institute of Practitioners in Advertising).
