Mala Naidoo

Mala Naidoo is a South African-Australian author. The apartheid era in South Africa is the impetus for her imaginative stories, and poetry that take on a life of their own when the creative muse beckons. Human relationships pressured by societal injustice and personal challenges frame the crafting of her characters and events or situations. Mala is an educator who upholds, reading and writing with an open mind and compassion. Her writing mission statement is, 'In our angst and joy we are ONE under the sky of humanity.'
