Dr. D'Andrade is a licensed professional electrical and computer engineer, an IEEE certified associate software developer, an ASQ certified software quality engineer and reliability engineer, and a certified Cisco network security professional with 20 years of experience in a variety of science and engineering fields. He uses a standards-based approach as a subject matter expert on engineering and project management principles to assess risks including compliance, safety, and quality. He is a technical consultant at D'Andrade PhD Consulting LLC where he supports insurance, litigation, and arbitration investigations and is a volunteer in multiple roles.
