Steven Richardson

1988 was the year Rambo wrecked havoc in Afghanistan, John McClane saved his wife from terrorists and Roddy Piper ran out of bubblegum and kicked ass. It was only fitting that these influences hit the big screen the same year Steven Richardson embraced the Earth.

Growing up in the South Eastern point of England, Margate Steven mixed with different groups and trying different interests but a few remained no matter what. First and foremost he liked to make people laugh realising that making others smile was satisfying.

English and History were also mainstays in Steven's interests; not only did he love the knowledge he learned but also how he could use either subject to debate and entertain, examples including 'comparing Jane Eyre to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' and arguing that World War One was unavoidable. The good grades and reactions from Teachers and students alike encouraged him to pursue both subjects into College

Studying 'The Godfather' in English Literature he discovered how he preferred character development and compelling story over that of sheer visual effects and as a young teen had ambitions of eventually writing movie scripts.

After obtaining A-Levels Steven chose to embark upon full time employment leaving writing as a hobby. These jobs included maintenance, security, Health and Safety and a sports coach yet on the side wrote articles and short scripts for University Students.

As of 2016 he is still in full time work as a Health and Safety Adviser but has started studying a part time freelance journalism course at the "British college of Journalism" as well as completing his first novel the crime/comedy fiction "Pornhibition" currently available on Amazon.
