Lauren S. Ferro

Lauren is a consultant, researcher and author for gamification and user-centred design. She has worked and developed solutions in a range of contexts from professional development, recommendation systems, medical selection, insurance, and educational games. She writes and publishes in the areas of gamification, player profiling and user-centered game design. When Lauren isn’t consulting or designing, she runs workshops both for the general public and companies that focus on designing user-cantered games and game-like applications.
