David M. Durst Ph.D.

David Durst grew up in Rochester, Michigan, then bounced around California from his teens until his mid-life crisis in 2005. It wasn't a crazy crisis. He didn't trade in his wife for a sports car and a waitress. He just went back to school. Since then, he has lived in central Kentucky where he enjoys raquetball three days a week and shares life with all kinds of people, including a lot of college and graduate students. He loves to teach and preach and write and hang out for hours in coffee shops.
