Mark Hayes Peacock

Mark Hayes Peacock broke into print as a teenager writing for the Junior Journal, a publication by and for teenagers. He sold his first national magazine article in 1971. That was followed by 40 years of articles in national, regional and local magazines and newspapers, including cover stories and monthly columns. His fiction has been published in Minnesota Ink and Soundings. He is a retired Pastor and Chaplain, husband of a mental health therapist in private practice, and father to six creative and gifted children. Born and raised in Hollywood, California, Mark now lives and writes in Luck, Wisconsin. In the July 13, 2023 edition of the St. Paul Pioneer Press, his fourth book of short stories, "Six Short Stories", was recommended as very good summer reading by Mary Ann Grossmann, book editor for the Pioneer Press.
