Tim Dixon

Emeritus Professor at the University of Reading (School of the Built Environment) and Research Associate/Visiting Fellow, (Global Centre on Healthcare & Urbanisation/Kellogg College, University of Oxford). With nearly 40 years’ experience in education, training and research in the built environment, my research interests include: urban foresight and futures studies; smart cities; urban metabolism; social sustainability; land use studies (including brownfield land); smart and sustainable built environments; and sustainable real estate. I have authored a range of books covering these subjects.
