Julia is passionate about fun, simple, healthy cooking such as slow cooker, instant pot, crock pot, electric pressure cooker recipes, baking recipes, spiralizer recipes, the list goes on.

Julia lives in California with her husband and three children. While not cooking, inventing new recipes and writing new books, Julia loves practicing jogging, photographing and exploring local farmer’s market.
