Mr Robert Purse

Author of two books, 'The Management of People' and 'People - The Heart of Good Governance', Robert has written a number of articles for publications that include Compliance & Ethics Professional. He doesn't write fiction because, by his own admission, he doesn't have the talent. Robert started to write at the suggestion of his late mentor, Dr Michael Reddy, whose view was that knowledge is only useful when it is shared.

After an early career as an army officer and police inspector, Robert moved in to HR and then General Management. His career covers a range of organisations, both private and public sector, that range from SME's to Multi-Nationals. He now spends quite a bit of time on business mentoring.

He enjoys gardening and keeping koi, and his pet hate is texting.
