Jill Sockwell

Jill Sockwell is a former advertising copywriter, top real estate sales agent, leader of the Maplewood Divorce Club, and lifelong optimist. She lives in Maplewood, New Jersey, with her seventeen year-old daughter, Natalie and nineteen year-old daughter, Brooke.

Jill was surprised by the lack of resources for separating and divorcing women and is thrilled The Optimist's Guide to Divorce is there to fill the void. Jill loves the idea of Single Moms banding together to form micro-communities of sisterhood and support after separation and divorce.
