Michael Burnam

Michael Burnam, MD was born in 1947, the only child of Max (a spy in WWII), and Jeannette (a psychic). He began his career as a cardiologist and biochemist, developed one of the world's first blood tests for heart attacks, and later was nominated for the Yallow-Berson International Award in Immunology. He began his writing career six years ago with the Young Adult Sci-Fi thriller, THE LAST STOP, added a second book to the trilogy last year, THE NEXT STEP, and will complete the trilogy with EUROPA later this year. His most recent work is 1947, a novel about the Roswell UFO event and America's little-known coup attempt, the Businessmen's Plot of 1934. Michael is proud to donate a portion of the proceeds from all of his books to support Teen and Young Adult charities fighting the epidemics of bullying and teen suicide, subjects that are part of all his Sci-Fi novels.
