Howard Baumgarten

Howard Baumgarten was born and raised in Denver, Colorado (1967). He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Psychology, and has been in private clinical practice since 2000. Since starting clinical practice, Howard has built a expertise in the areas of practice start up and development, corporate wellness training, and individual and small business consultation. Smart diversification, strong ethics and great client outcomes are but a few aspects to his business philosophy. Howard developed and taught a graduate course on practice development at the University of Colorado. He is a nationally known trainer and speaker on business and personal topics related to practice development and workplace wellness. He is author of Private Practice Essentials: Business Tools for Mental Health Professionals.
