Julie Matthews

Julie Matthews is an artist in northern Massachusetts with a background in both traditional and digital art. As a stay-at-home mother of two young sons, she decided to revisit her childhood passion and started a paper doll blog (http://paperdollschool.blogspot.com/). The blog then led to publishing paper doll books.

Aside from creating paper dolls, Julie has a BA in Art History and a certificate in graphic & web design. She also enjoys painting in oils and watercolors, reading too much sci-fi, chasing her energetic sons around, and hanging out with her scientist husband.
