Diego Gilardoni

Diego Gilardoni is an Author and an international strategic advisor with an eclectic professional experience of over 20 years in three continents spanning from media to business consulting. He is an expert on China and works as a cross-cultural business strategist helping companies navigating the unchartered waters of globalization by bridging the gaps between different management and business cultures.

He is an Associate Partner of Itim International, one of the world’s leading intercultural management consulting firms. Diego’s role at Itim International is as an intercultural management consultant and trainer with a special focus on China. Before joining Itim, he gained first-hand experience of Chinese business culture while working in Shanghai as a business advisor for European companies.

As a China and Asia specialist, Diego, a certified trainer by the world-renowned Hofstede Centre, has recently directed and participated in corporate trainings in intercultural management in different European countries for international companies operating in different economic sectors.
