Julio C Vera

Julio C. Vera holds a bachelor of arts from Carnegie Mellon University, a master of fine arts from the film school at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and a second master in library and information sciences (UCLA). He has published several genealogy reference books and also writes for theater, television and film.
