My name is HetHeru AnkhBaRa😊. I've always been ENTHUSIASTIC about great writing, and I couldn’t be happier to have turned my passion into a thriving career as a professional author.

As a professional storyteller, I’m adept at using my imaginative thinking and creative flair to bring my stories to life in engaging and entertaining ways.

My books are creative, MOTIVATIONAL, CULTURAL, INSPIRATIONAL, innovative, and filled with EXCITEMENT.

All written from the HEART❤.

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Theater. I also have an Associate's Degree in African Studies. I am a certified Kemet (Ancient Egyptian) Yoga instructor. I grew up in New York City, and I'm currently living in Central Islip, New York.

I have over 18 years of teaching experience. I have had the opportunity to teach children ranging from preschool all the way through high school. I started teaching in Harlem, New York (Harlem Children's Zone,) and I have taught in the Bronx, Queens, Nassau County (in Valley Stream District 24) and Suffolk County.

As an author, I ENJOY visiting schools for book readings, storytelling, book signings, fun mini-lessons and dyslexia awareness, that will inspire the BEST in YOU!
