I'm a writer and a farm girl since 1962. It's true. I can bale the hay, plant the seed, milk the goat, make the cheese, can the corn. But I'm not your traditional farmer, my daughter says, you're a Modern Country Woman! To that I added, ECLECTIC (not electric--well, maybe). I write about memories and recipes with an inspirational "Take Joy" theme, gleaned from my life on Cherry Ridge Farms, my dream come true, where I like to "cultivate lives." I have more books in my head and plans to get them inside a book cover soon. In the meantime, TAKE JOY!
