Phil McKinney II

Phil McKinney II is an Associate Professor of Ministry Leadership as well as the Director of Online Ministry Programs and Family Ministries at Johnson University. He is also an Executive & Mentor Coach and a Spiritual Director. Phil has over 30 years of diverse ministry, teaching, coaching, and leadership experience. He is an ICF Professional Certified Coach, specializing in leadership, executive, and mentor coaching. Phil also has a rich background in mission work across 20 countries. He is blessed to hold four degrees (PhD, MACS, MA, BA) as well as certifications in Spiritual Direction and various assessment tools. Phil is passionate about discipleship and spiritual formation, nurturing leadership abilities, organizational development, spiritual direction, and coaching skills. He and his wife have been married for over 30 years and have three wonderful daughters.
