Cecelia moved to Ocala, Florida after the passing of her husband, Chip, in 2018. Her pup, Babette made the move with her. She devotes most of the days to writing, reading, playing Scrabble online with friends and family and hunting for antiques. Currently many writing projects are keeping her busy since she completed book 3 of Pelicans Haven – “And So it Shall Be,” which continues Roseanna and Jake’s story and presents different characters while answering questions readers are asking. As of December of 2021 she is writing Book 4 of the Pelicans Haven series. The book will be available winter of 2023. She is also working on a novel set in Pennsylvania shortly after WWII with a working title of “Laura”. Cecelia has co-authored a nonfiction book, “To the Glory of God: Pioneer Churches in Springfield, Missouri” about churches in Springfield that were established and still in existence some as early as 1833. This book will be published in the fall of 2017. Cecelia would enjoy hearing from you. You can find her on Facebook (Cecelia Marriott Chittenden) or Email her at seemcapril@gmail.com.
