Alison England

Alison England, LMSW, is an adoptive mom and award-winning author in Christian adoption. Alison and her husband, Joel, have been together since college and have three children. She is a professor at Arizona State University. Alison brings more than 15 years of professional experience in social work to the pages of Tandem. Her passion to encourage adoptive parents extends through the TandemAdoption.com ministry, including her Christian adoption blog and speaking engagements.

Having lived in several states while Joel served in the military, Alison has a heart for the issues that face those families serving our country. During their 20-plus years of marriage, she and her husband, Joel, have remained steadfast in their Christian faith, leading youth group and serving in their church ministries.
