Alison O'Connor

Growing up I was always enthralled by the art of storytelling. Reading and drawing were two of my biggest passions. Later, I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Illustration and then my Master's degree in Art Education. I have enjoyed various professions ranging from teacher to painter and a little bit of everything in-between. With a nod back to my childhood and drawing inspiration from my children Lily and Grady, I decided to integrate my love for art and the spoken word through the creation of children's books. Currently, I reside in Mount Pleasant, SC with my husband, two children and perhaps too many dogs!
