D. Eric Lowdermilk has served as a professor for over 20 years, teaching in universities in Missouri and Florida. Prior to teaching full-time, he served 19 years in college student affairs. He currently travels to Colombia, South America, teaching for Global Training Network. He has presented workshops and conference sessions on redemptive judicial practices for college administrators, interpreting narrative portions of Scripture (Narrative Criticism), the Gospel of John, the Gospel of Mark, and diminutives in Koine Greek. He has authored in student affairs, inner-city youth, biblical studies, and children’s literature. He and his ever-patient wife Patty have three children—JonLuc, Rachel and William, and two grandchildren—LiaMarie and Nico. He enjoys reading pirate stories to his grandchildren, backpacking, and working on his 93’ Mazda Miata.
