Tobi Alfier

Tobi Alfier (Tobi Cogswell) is a multiple Pushcart nominee and multiple Best of the Net nominee. Current chapbooks are “The Coincidence of Castles” from Glass Lyre Press, “Romance and Rust” from Blue Horse Press, and “Down Anstruther Way” from FutureCycle Press.
