Alex Willen

Alex Willen has a decade of experience in product management in the tech industry, but since 2010 he's also been following his other passion investing in residential real estate.

In his product jobs, he has been a very early employee at prominent tech startups like Box (NYSE: BOX) and Talkdesk (private, but valued at over $1B during its most recent fund raise). He is passionate about product and especially helping newcomers break into their first product management role.

On the real estate side, he currently owns multiple apartment buildings with his partners, all of which are generating cash flow on a monthly basis. He has experience with buying and renting out properties, as well as managing them in an LLC and vetting property managers to manage them. He's here to help others learn from his experiences and mistakes!

Alex has a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree from Stanford University and currently lives in San Diego, CA.
