THE LITTLE ENGLISHMAN

The Little Englishman tells the story of another little boy, based on A.H. Verge's great, great grandfather who was kidnapped off the docks in England and ended up in Quebec, Canada during the 1850s when survival was a matter of cunning and wits. He was eventually captured by the Abenaki Indians and taught how to make the traditional healing potions from the tribe's medicine woman.

A.H. Verge was born on a dairy farm in Westfield, VT. He currently resides in Eastern Pennsylvania with his wife and daughters and is the founder of Tego LLC. This is a recipe handed down through his family from his great, great grandfather, who learned of it from his Abenaki captors. This solution has been examined by pharmaceutical companies for its remarkable ability to help lower blood sugar for those with diabetes.

He is passionate about his Native Ancestral heritage and continues to enjoy a rich, fulfilled life in the outdoors with his family and friends.
