Richard Dziatkowski

Richard Dziatkowski was born in the state of California on August 3, 1964 to a Polish father and a Native American mother. With his father being in the Army, they traveled across the United States about every two years, until finally settling in Kentucky at the end his 20 year long career. Richard worked a variety of jobs over the years, including being an artist. But after college, he finally became a licensed Journeyman Electrician in 2006. He enjoyed working as a union journeyman electrician for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 369 for over 10 years. After suffering some nerve damage to his hands, working with them became more difficult, causing him to re-evaluate his career choice. Although he still enjoyed electrical work, he had always been a very creative individual and decided to try his "hand" at writing a novel, to see if he could create something worth reading. After starting several novels, he felt compelled to complete the first book of the Alpha Prime story, Out of the Abyss. It was a deserving story with more to come.
