Doris Booth, founder, and editor-in-chief of Authorlink.com has edited, published and/or overseen the conversion of more than 200 e-books and print-on-demand titles. In addition to running Authorlink Writers & Readers Magazine, and e-book conversion services, her literary agency, a separate unit from Authorlink, represents a small group of bestselling authors. She has sold works to such publishers as St. Martin's Press, Farrar Straus, and Giroux, MacMillan, Simon & Schuster, Random House, Sterling Books (Barnes & Noble), Mirror Books in the UK and FHU in Poland. She is best known as the publisher of TED BUNDY: CONVERSATIONS WITH A KILLER, which became the basis for the hit docuseries by that name on Netflix. Please note, she is not accepting new authors for representation at this time.
Ms. Booth shuns publicity and self-promotion and has quietly operated in the background for many years, though in times past she has spoken at major writers conferences and programs such as the Independent Book Publishers of America (IBPA) and the Whidbey Island MBA program. She has never actively promoted her books about writing, though at least one has garnered several five-star ratings and has earned praise from Ingram Spark/Ingram Content.
She never quits, and soon will roll out an entirely new publishing tool as well as a new look for Authorlink.com. Stay tuned.
