FROM BELIEF TO RESULTS
Why do we do the things we do? What drives our behaviors? Have you ever wondered, “Why do I do the things I do?” Further, “If I don’t like what I’m doing, how can I change?" Have you ever made a decision to change? Have you started off strong but in a few weeks found yourself back to the same old destructive or unhealthy behaviors? Of course you have. We all have. Most people call them New Year’s resolutions. When it comes to lasting behavioral change, we don’t want change for one day. We don’t want change for one week. We want change that’s permanent. Creating lasting behavioral change starts with becoming aware of how our beliefs influence our behaviors and consequently, our results. "Catalyst: Tools for Behavioral Change and Personal Growth" will help you unlock and reprogram old belief systems that may be keeping you from having your best life experience.
