There are six books in the Catherine Patterson mystery series. Set in sleepy rural France, Catherine, a female amateur sleuth, solves crimes with the help of a host of regular characters and usually under the auspices of a phlegmatic police inspector.

These stories are firmly placed within the 'cosy mystery' genre and are gentle mysteries which encourage the reader to solve the mystery along with the main protagonist.

I am currently working on my first ghost story.
