Kirsti MacDonald Jareg is a Norwegian-Scottish author. She has explored the beautiful Scottish islands of the Hebrides since the 1970's. Later she also travelled the Northern Isles of Shetland and Orkney. Her newest travel books are published in Norwegian: "Ireland. A Celtic Journey" (2016) and "Iceland. A travel account" (2021).
