Anita Flushing

I am Anita Flushing (1956 - I'm still here). I was born in Inglewood, CA to an Italian mother and Spanish father. Writing runs through my veins like a rushing stream through a beautiful forest. My heart used to jump for joy when an elementary school teacher said the words, "Report due..." or "Write a paper on..." I've always loved research and finding the golden nuggets of interesting facts within the written page. I'm not a famous author...yet, and I haven't won any prestigious awards, but my heart still jumps for joy when the word "writing" comes up.
