William Capers

William Capers, M.Ed., Special Education is a School Security Officer, researcher, and advocate with more than a decade on the front lines of America’s schools. With graduate training in Special Education and a background in Child Development, he investigates how mislabeling, exclusionary discipline, and psychiatric over-diagnosis harm Black Males.

Capers combines daily school-based experience with clear analysis to expose how categories like “Emotional Disturbance” and “Other Health Impairment” can become chains when systems put profit over people.

As an advocate, he is willing to help equip parents and guardians of Black Males to recognize predatory systems, protect children, and demand humane, restorative practices.
