Nancy Lopez-McHugh is a professional freelance food writer and photographer with over 7 years of blogging experience and more than 10 years of photographic and post-production experience. Her online career began via her popular SpicieFoodie.com site. After transitioning to a Pescetarian lifestyle she launched her MexicanMadeMeatless.com website in 2016.
