Regis Sauger

My name is Regis Sauger. I am an "82" year old grandfather. I have experienced many events in my lifetime. When, we lost my wife Rose Ann Sauger it was a sad day, to say the least for our children. After, the funeral, the children said to me, "Dad, you have so much knowledge in your head. Don't take it to the grave. Put it on paper." That started a writing career.

When you start to write a book about what life has meant to you or your own experiences, for some reason, the batteries on the memory banks click in. Your sixth sense is aroused and sometimes in the middle of the night, you wake up with an event that happened in your lifetime and it possibly happened years ago. But, once your sixth sense is aroused, you experience a wonderful sensation of memory. Everyone has a sixth sense, but not everyone uses it.

I was a retired PGA Golf Pro. When my wife passed away from Lung Cancer (Stage 4) I was financially broke and sixty-five years old. The oncologists thought that because I was a golf pro that I had the assets of Arnold Palmer. So, now I had to decide whether or not to go to Wal-Mart and put groceries in bags for old timers like myself, or do what my wife did. Help people. So that was the start of my new career.
